Downloading and browsing paiti is completely free. You only pay for the services you book. There are no hidden subscription charges, and paiti uniquely charges zero commission from vendors — meaning fairer pricing for everyone.
Open the paiti app, browse or search for the service you need, select a verified vendor, choose your preferred date and time, and confirm. You'll receive an instant confirmation with the vendor's details.
Yes. paiti supports both on-demand (same-day) and scheduled bookings next day in advance. You can also request an immediate professional depending on vendor availability in your area.
All vendors go through a thorough verification process including identity verification (Aadhaar/PAN), skill assessment, and background checks. Verified vendors display a "Verified" badge. Customer ratings provide an additional layer of trust.
If no vendor is immediately available, you'll be notified and given an option to schedule at a later date, or raise a service request so that nearby vendors are alerted to accept your booking.
paiti supports UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM), debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash on service completion (where applicable). All digital payments are secured with industry-standard encryption.
Prices are set by vendors and displayed transparently before you confirm. Since paiti charges zero vendor commission, prices are often more competitive. You will always see the full price before booking.
Yes. A digital receipt is sent to your registered email after every completed service and is accessible in-app under "My Bookings", with full service details, vendor info, and payment breakdown.
Yes. Cancellations more than 2 hours before scheduled service are free of charge. Cancellations within 2 hours may attract a small fee as compensation for the vendor's reserved time. Emergency cases are reviewed individually.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an SMS/email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
Raise a complaint within 24 hours via "Help & Support" in the app. Our team will review your feedback, contact the vendor, and resolve the issue — which may include a re-service or refund depending on the situation.
Download the paiti app, select "Join as a Vendor", complete the registration form with your skill category, service area, and documents (ID proof, skill certificate). Our team verifies your profile within 48 hours.
Absolutely zero. This is a core part of our mission — to fairly empower local workers. You keep 100% of what you charge. We may offer optional premium listing features in the future, but core functionality will always be free.
Payments can be received directly from customers (cash) or via the paiti platform (UPI/bank transfer). Digital payments are settled to your registered bank account typically within 24–48 hours of service completion.
Yes. Vendors have full freedom to set rates based on service, time, and market standards. paiti may provide suggested price ranges to help you stay competitive, but final pricing is always your decision.
Absolutely. paiti complies with India's DPDP Act, 2023 and IT Act, 2000. Your data is encrypted and never sold to third parties. You can request complete data deletion at any time. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
All vendors are identity-verified. You can view the vendor's profile, photo, and ratings before they arrive. The app shares a live tracking link when the vendor is en route. You can also share booking details with a trusted contact.
Report any issue, misconduct, or safety concern via "Help & Support" → "Report an Issue" in the app. Our support team operates 7 days a week and will take immediate action on all valid reports.
